I'm Azadi Amaan [they/them].

My name honors my East Indian roots & means 'freedom without fear'.

Born premature at 1 lb 11 ounces, I struggled to breathe. The doctors did a surgery to open my airway and damaged the nerves in my tongue.

I've been playing the piano since before I could speak.

My goal as an artist is to facilitate healing & connection.
