Brother Rat formed in July of 2022. The band consists of Tyler Jackson on guitar/vox, Kenzie Jackson on bass/vox, Milo Hairet on guitar and Bianca Blankenship on drums. Songs meander around, but tend to stay in the realm of indie/punk/noise rock.

We are actively looking for a new drummer. Our current drummer/lovely person is moving away come May 2023 and we are hoping to keep our current momentum going strong. We practice once a week as a whole band and up to 4 times individually or in smaller groups based on schedules. We would like to play 1-2 shows monthly/bi-monthly. We are looking for someone who is motivated to perform and who has a strong desire to contribute to writing and to be involved in all areas of this band. We are driven and believe strongly in a DIY approach. Power and dynamics are important traits we are seeking. Bring the excitement and help us deliver this music in a powerful way!
